In-Home Skilled Nursing Care
If the need arises, our skilled private nursing staff is available to supervise companion or personal care or to implement a care plan in accordance with physician’s orders. Our experienced and Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses work together with our companions and CNA’s to ensure that client’s condition is constantly monitored and reported on.
Our experienced RN’s and LPN’s provide a wide range of skilled Nursing services, including:
- Completing a medical assessment, reporting to family and implementing any subsequent care plan.
- Ongoing medication management
- Providing wound care and dressing changes
- Maintain, review and oversee care plan; working with the physician, the client and their family
- Provide colostomy care and catheter care
- High-tech intravenous therapy
- Various other nursing procedures as prescribed by a physician
